Good Mornin Sunshines! Happy Sunday...and, its game day!! SOOO, yesterday was spent helping some friends. They have a farm nearby and someone dumped some puppies there, who wound up hiding in an irrigation pipe and it was quite the task to get them out. Theyre somewhat thin, but look healthy - I wormed them yesterday on my vets advice and this evening, well be giving baths and getting them all prettied up. Two I noticed have a few fleas, so a bath and flea treatment today is critical, in addition to some TLC as they are quite shy. Tomorrow well check in with Dr. Falduto and Id like to spend a few days fattening them up a bit. I cant afford first shots for them all, as Ive got 6 four leggeds of my own and can not keep them, a new owner can get first shots, etc - The cost is around $35 for that....but for now, theyre safe, warm and fed. I believe theyre Border Collie/Blue Heeler mix, all male and while I have two interested parties, first come first serve can take them for a small rehoming fee of $20. Please understand it is not my intention to make money on them, but anyone who knows anything about puppies knows that you dont give them away as they can become bait dogs for fighting, or worse, abandoned again if an owner is not sincere. My intention is to donate the money to help other disadvantaged animals. I think theyre about 2-3 months old but will know more once the vet has seen them. Pix to come as soon as theyre clean and shiny...theyre just as cute as can be! :) Anyone interested in one, please private message me. Im in no hurry to rush them out the door, but would like them all to go to a good, loving, home - I just want to pudge them up a little.
