Good Morning BP Beauties, Schools are a nut free environment due to allergies but your snack and lunch for work dont have to be! Try these awesome recipes for the perfect nut butter. We love enjoy it with celery sticks and spread on your morning toast! Homemade Nut Butter Spread 2-4cups of organic soaked and dehydrated raw nuts. 1-2 tablespoons of a neutral, light tastings or flavour complimenting oil. Give coconut oil a try! *Optional* Sea salt Natural sweeteners such as maple syrup, honey, raw cane sugar, coconut sugar, coconut nectar and or preferred sweetness! Nuts can be raw and dehydrated or slightly toasted. Blend in small portions to maintain the smoothness of nut butter spread, best blended in food processor. Have patience when blending in intervals to achieve a perfect blend. Grind nuts into a fine powder, once a smooth fine texture is achieved slowly add tablespoon at a time of your chosen oil. Continue to blends scraping the sides to ensure everything is being blended. You will notice mixture becomes creamy and smooth.
