Good Morning Beautiful People and what a Glorious Morning it is (inside and out). I have been downing further healing into this simple grounding mediation, shot during a mediation group earlier in the year. I cant believe how visible the energies are now! As the video progresses you will feel the healing increase, what, if you want to see energy, increasing with intent and breath, the notice the purple/violet shimmer across the screen intensify; if interested in auras, there are many opportunities to see my energetic field, at least as coloured or mirage type energies - no matter what the background colour, watch as I and the group breath changes the energies, as do intent and you will recognise reiki energy and Theta grounding, balancing, and the downloads. If you are interested in energy, reiki, chi in anyway, this is worth a watch. Interesting, non coincidently or planned, I videoed my energetic empowerment, cleanse and intention, pulling the chi (recoded at 8.30, natural light on this bright day) in and out, opening the chakras, balancing and aligning the body in the correct vibrational tone for its optimum functioning, additional connection, protection and daily intention setting, combining Theta Healing techniques and a variety of energetic/intuitive healing modalities in the mix (a lot of reiki, but any forms of energetic healing, intention. This video comes without words as its own personal practice, as it was in this case this morning....no washed face (ha he he) ...dont focus on the face, take the opportunity to see the energies in natural light change in vibration (if visual by colour, tackle, by texture, audio in the vibration of sound you feel in your body and so on, interesting as I am sure the day will be. thanks for allowing me to send you healing this morning, by watching this video and thank you for reading this, the watching. This may be part of typical mediation or energy focus by a masseur, Reiki Therapist, Energy Light Worker, acupuncturist, Yoga or spiritual teacher; Psychic (I rather say intuitive) readings worker, reflexologist...this is the Reiki way of life, that should always be adopted (and more) before working with others, excuse any mess or an unwashed Jason, I just rose out of bed five moments prior! tor, with some more magic.... In this moment, Im off to do a tad more before going out again, my intention set is that I choose to have a beautiful day and free from worry, anger, fear, wit the knowingness of being in the moment, nothing can unground you if you practice, like all reiki people do, daily (if like me, you are doing it constantly everyday ...and thats what separates those low vibrational states from the high vibrational emotions to be experienced, love, joy, expansion, compassion, openness, forgiveness, non-judgmental, peace and fun to mane a few....how could the day go wrong (was that thunder in the background) - know that your intent and practice significantly influence your working day, what ever you do and your practice (at work) as a Practioner here we are always working on an energetic level, holding space (not thinking, not judging or analysing, simply still awareness - consciousness, alertness) to add to which ever service, technique, art or discipline applied during the day: this is what promotes those aforementioned, still, peaceful, silent (depending on treatment) high vibration emotions, expanding and loving, think of all the cycles of love you could have today (I adore this work). I hope this helps you in what ever you do, especially therapy/caring/heal professions or any job that requires mindfulness free from taking on heavy environmental energies with their toxicity and often caustic unconscious ramifications, whether you are walking, talking, working or socialising with people.....keep yourself in the best state of mind and have a day that flows easily and graciously, lovingly think and dream of. Im off when will be doing a tad more before I go to work today (cant wait) and I feel it apt to mention that, as previously posted on Synergy Reiki Studio (Facebook) that a number of people have been requesting reiki training al all levels now (first and second degrees (2nd - practitioner) and Master Level training (with me, this is generally developed over a year and much more with most my precious Master students, almost all are still regularly in touch and share practice, advice for over seven years now, when I taught my first student...always a privilege and not many are truly chosen or called, both within themselves and by an (if possible) ART/Master or Teaching Master ...I have heard so any horror stories of people doing it all in a year, occasionally three months, which with many, can energetically knock one sideways and all ways, can be very chaotic and unstable as feeling out of balance (life fit appearing strange, unfamiliar or difficult) a major shift occurs to bring about equilibrium...and fast, not to all, and certainly not to scare anyone! Reiki is for life, not just Christmas
