Good Morning, Bloodhounds West: Its been awhile since posting; but our Events continue. We are planning quite a bash in Indio (Palm Springs) for three days starting January 3rd-January 5th., 2015. It is the perfect way to start the New Year..Friday, 1/3, will start off with a Continental Breakfast hosted by Sue Sappok and Bloodhounds West followed by the Inland Empire Hound Show. That afternoon, Lori Burch will Judge a BW Puppy Match for puppies 4-12 Months, with Ribbons and Prizes..Entries: $5 per puppy. After Hound Group, our Club will host the Bluegrass Rose Festival with a Potluck Barbecue and Bluegrass Music featuring our own vocalist, Jamie Olson...Margaritas will be served and other libations.This is a Trailing Fundraiser and we are requesting contributions of $10 per person. You will be contacted by Sue Sappok, who is coordinating the sign-up sheet, for your Potluck Contribution. Saturday, once again, begins with Continental Breakfast followed by our 2015 Regional Specialty. Our theme this year is Stop and Smell the Roses and the Trophies all weekend coordinate with our theme. At 9:30 AM-2:30 PM, in the Vendor Building, we will present Meet the Breed. We will be asking our members to sign up to present and talk about their wonderful bloodhounds to visitors throughout the day. Following Group, the Taco Man is back with us for the 3rd year..Three meats in tacos, rice and beans, Lynne Aguirres famous guacamole and Margaritas, Sodas, Water.. Meals this year will be $15 with Margaritas included and $12 with Sodas/Water; Kids eat for $8. We will have grass sod again and heaters. Sunday begins again with our Continetal Breakfast and on with the show. We will have a Golden Ticket Basket Raffle at the RV Set-Up and a High End Ticket Raffle throughout the weekend. Hoping to raffle another gatropexy, a Large and Small Stained Glass Framed, a Liquor Basket, a Stacking Box and a Booster Bath..Tickets will be $10 each and 3 for $20. We hope all will join us for the shows, the food, the fun and the support of our Bloodhounds ..Bloodhounds West members and their friends and families are all welcome...More updates as further plans evolve...
