Good Morning FBF! How are you all? I think its been a minute since I shared how much I love and appreciate my FBF, please know that I love each and everyone of you and pray for many of your often. Im still not feeling well my headache has transitioned to a persistent stomach ache, fatigue and body aches. Even though Im feeling under the weather physically my spirit is in a really good place. I trust God and the universe for guiding my body to slow it down, get still and gain clarity and Im listening. So heres what Im thinking, Im naturally a free spirit, a woman that loves to support the dreams, goals and desires of others especially women in transition and Lord know Im a creator of ideas. Often these qualities can be seen as positive attributes and for the most part they have served me well. But during my recent days of forced rest due to feeling physically ill Im able to reflect upon the challenges these very qualities have created for me and others. Moving forward I will refine my gifts and talents by doing the following: 1) Clearly defining each and every goal or project Im involved with professionally and personally with measurable outcomes. 2) Using my time and energy to support those that are really in place where they can value my support. (remembering everything aint for everybody and being okay with that). NO more playing myself small! 3) Lastly, never again compromising my spiritual, physical or financial wellbeing for an idea or anyone again. Believing Maya Angelou when she teaches us when people show you who they are believe them. Who am I professionally??
