Good Morning, Facebook campers! Well, the weekend chefs stomach is beginning to growl, which tells me that it is once again time to step away from the keyboard and move, poste haste, to the Nelson Homestead kitchen and prepare the Sunday morning feast. Once again, the Lady whats in charge of the Homestead has requested a special bill of fare. This morning the chef is preparing a vegetable frittata with zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms and kielbasa, with a side order of hash browned potatoes, toast & jelly, and our favorite copious amounts of hot, steaming coffee. Boney appetite, Be back with you once the belly is full, and the growl is silenced.
