Good Morning Tips: (Share with others) 1. Take 5 minutes to stretch, walk around, and move your body. This will warm up the muscles and increase blood circulation. 2. Breathe deeply in and out for 2 minutes to expand the lungs. Count slowly to 5 when you inhale. Hold for 4 seconds. Then count another 5 when you exhale. 3. Eat a healthy breakfast to get energy. 4.
