Good Morning Uganda - a Country whose future lies in the hands of the youths only if they chose to engage issues based on principles and not money. If one takes a look at statements by the fountain of honor in just 2015, you can only agree that AGE IS NOT JUST A NUMBER in politics. The kind of statements being made by Mr. President confirms to all and sundry that lifting the age limit is as good as writing in the Constitution that The president of Uganda shall be YKM, just like Kamuzu Banda did in Malawi and he used to proclaim that Malawi cant exist without him yet Malawi has since become a better country since his demise. Getting back to the youths, 2014 will go down in history as the year when young people exhibited the highest appetite for the politics of buying and selling with #JPAM being regarded as manna that fell from heaven. The youth should get their act in order if they are going to merit any argument as being the leaders that this country has been waiting for. First forward: as Busia by election campaigns came to a close yesterday, the NRM sorry candidate told voters that if they want services, they better vote NRM or they will get nothing because he is not only Mr.money or uncle Xmas but a moving bullion. Also in other news, youths took over JEEMA offices in a blood less coup. THE BIG QUESTIONS: How can we turn back the clock to a youthful leader like the M7 of fundamental change and not the one of no change? How can young people make sense of their youthfulness as the leaders this country has been waiting for? Can we raise children who can fight land grabbing and their rights like the Langata primary school children defending their playground?
