Good Morning Universe : ) Ok, just want to voice my opinion on something thats bothering me.... College, really? A very influential person made a speech about how important it is that everyone attend college for the experience of it. She also made reference to the fact that it will bring our percentage rate up to a new level. In other words, come on people, go to college so we can be number one in education beating out our competitors. We need to beat other countries to Save Face. The only reason college is necessary in todays world is its what defines you as a person in everything you do and try to do anymore. This person making a speech about the importance of having the college experience, in my opinion was nothing more than a sales person. You know the career Im speaking of. The person who calls you at dinner time to sell you on satellite television, or cable. All Ive seen happen for the college experienced people is a minimum wage job struggling to pay back a lot of money, and needless to say, I see another person who has no experience with college beaten out of a job theyre so much more qualified for than the student/graduate. Just my observation in the world we live in, and something I heard during the morning news...
