Good Morning Veterans in D.C., The US Holocaust Memorial Museum has an opening for an experienced Program Analyst (Web Analytics). The position is a GS-0343-13 in the Office of Planning in Washington, DC. This is a great opportunity!!! See USA Jobs link below. Program Analyst Responsible for institution-wide web data management and analyses that advance the Museum’s strategic plan. The incumbent will produce (design, edit, coordinate, distribute) analytics for staff. Primary responsibilities: • Oversees collection of statistical data for the website • Develops data aggregation or data dashboard applications • Implements systems for summarizing and communicating findings to senior management. • Conducts trend analyses from relevant internal and external arenas, including social media channels. • Leads cross-institutional teams to conduct analytical/ metrics projects, analyzing and assessing requirements, develop strategies to implement relationship management, web analytics, performance management and usability. Help fellow staff use technologies. • Conducts research to identify technical tools, web analytics, performance management and usability, evaluating alternatives and recommends potential systems components to support this analytical process.
