Good Morning World on this rather grey day, but only grey outside all bright and brimming with fun here in the Lovatt home. Mr Lovatt in bed as he has had a bit of an unsettled night and didnt sleep much the night before because he couldnt rest until I got home from a brilliant night out, bless him. My arm is doing well apart from a lovely insect bite near the wound and two on my leg LOL itch, itch but never mind I am still smiling and there is always someone worse off so will send out thoughts of healing and positivity to all. Had a lazy day yesterday and stayed in my kaftan all day, one bit of negativity for Mr Lovatt was that a young lady had parked up the road from us and her handbrake failed and her car ran into the back of Mr Lovatts car. Lucky no damage to Mr Lovatts car as far as he can see but the poor ladys car came worse off :( but no one was hurt so everything fine :) and at least she knocked on the door to tell us. Need to go and do some food shopping today, which is not one of my favourite things but hey a job that has to be done, I could shop on line but Mr Lovatt likes to look for special offers so off to Aldi we will go. I am so lucky and have a wonderful family I am so proud of and have some great friends whom I have met through different aspects of my life, my spirituality, my love of dogs and my general love for life. It amazes me how many people we meet on our pathway called life who we find are like minded in more ways than one. Friends I met who knew me years ago and when we meet again we find we share a common interest that we were unaware of first time round :) On our journey through this earthly life we touch so many souls without even realising, that is why I treat each and every person the same. No one knows what is behind a smile, you have to look into the soul through the eyes to see what the smile is masking, it could be masking heartache, hurt, pain or guilt. Sometimes it could be hiding the fact of a life filled with decisions that soul has to make that may have a great impact not only on themselves but those they love. So in conclusion I wish each soul be surround by love, light and protection and even though you put a smile outwardly the ones who love and care for you know it is just a mask hiding what you feel, trust and believe there are other souls out there who understand and will help, guide and support you with any decisions you may have to make. Sending a big bundle of Love, Light and Healing to all on this grey day, but remember after the rain there comes light and if you are lucky rainbows :)
