Good Morning all and happy thanksgiving and happy travels to see your families if you havent already done so this week. I was laying in bed this morning thinking of all the people traveling today and then i went to all of the people that have to work today. I know you are busy but when you stop for gas just take a min and thank that gas station clerk they probably have family they want to be with too.That toll booth person you just passed by all irritated cause your kids have been screaming at each other for hours they have family to. the person at the hotel keeping everything together. the check out people at walmart or whatever grocery store you use around the country. im sure all of these people have families that they would like to be with.so a little thanks goes a long way today. i was thinking of our veterans over seas and the ones inside our borders that still cant be with their families. That made me think of a crazy idea why dont we unplug for this holiday meal just for 1 or 2 hrs put your phone down put your laptop tablet ipad i phone whatever you have put it down. unplug and be with your family this thanksgiving. unplug and spend time with your kids without the computer. just not on the car ride a movie or something is good for antsy kids. i remember growing up we had thanksgiving and the only thing that got in the way was the foot ball game but we sat down and had dinner no telephones were answered no selfies taken we just were a family and had dinner. I dont think we have enough of these just family dinners anymore with how rushed our schedules are. So today be thankful to anyone and everyone you meet from the gas station clerk to the prison guard to the hotel manager to the toll boot operator and most of all be thankful for your family. no matter how crazy they are or how much they bug you.
