Good Morning and Happy Saturday. Today is the day, today I step on the IFBB Figure stage once again, not only to display the physique that I put time, energy and effort in to be able to present on stage but the Heart ❤️that is so full of Love, Joy and Gratitude for I have already Won. The feeling I have this morning is that of a kid going to Disneyland, it is fun, exciting and time to play. I will step on stage with a smile on my face, I will present myself being my best me and enjoy the ride. 👙🏆🙏 You see the journey does require physical training, drive, determination, discipline and these have been in place for many many years, not just for the 12 weeks prepping for a show. It is a lifestyle, and this is what I am so blessed to have learned and now teach others. Learning the balance Mind, Body and Soul it the true journey. My love for training, health and fitness started long before I ever started competing. The stage has given me a place to allow other to see what is possible. From the first time I stepped on stage I knew I would do it again and I was committed to learning all there was to learn so I could turn Pro one day, I was not an overnight success. I produced results by making the decision. Consistent daily action that would allow me to achieve and succeed my goal. I learn and adjust but stay steady the course, today is another step in the process and journey. Thank you to all of you, friends, clients, family and fans for your ongoing support, love and encouragement, it is all heartfelt, I love and appreciate you all.
