Wine 101 is a fun, casual way to learn about wines of the Okanagan and how affordable they really are. This new event is designed especially for those new to wine and who like to enjoy friends, laughter and sipping the afternoon away. Saturday January 18 Assemblage - Delta Sun Peaks Ballroom - 2:00pm - 4:00pm - $45 Assemblage is a phenomenal way to learn to blend your own wine. Have you always thought it would be fun to try your hand at being a wine scientist? Then this event is for you. Join Larry Gerelus, Proprietor of Stags Hallow Winery, as he introduces you to an initial tasting of single varietals. Once your senses are awakened, participants will be grouped into winemaking teams to experience the joy of blending wines.
