Good Morning!....who else is feeling Autumnal?....I have a sweatshirt and jeans on and was still cold so had to put the fire on in the Conservatory!.... I am hoping that Hubby is going to build me a new Beehive this week to replace the old one that is falling apart. It means I can paint it cream and it will brighten up that corner of the garden. I need to start making a list of what worked and what did not, plus what I Loved and did not like!... I Love the Pink Cosmos but they have overtaken the Lavender bed!...one of the lavenders I grew from seed has flowered but they are all slow growing....I do not like the Zinnias or the Calendulas which are very dark orange. I was very disappointed with the seeds I sowed in the cut flower bed, but the plants I grew there have been amazing, still flowering now, clary sage, I think!.... The lil Bowles mauve I bought off the reduced bench is absolutely wonderful as is the Verbena Bonariensis. I need to add some more evergreens and variegated leaves to my big border. I shall move the euonymous from the pot as it is getting too big!.... What have been your successes and failures?..... 💜 xxx
