Good Sunday Morning! A Blessed Palm Sunday, to those who celebrate! Today, in response to an overwhelming consensus that the focus of the day needed to be....brownies. We have more of our vegan double chocolate brownies. We also have our Vegan Strawberry Scones with Vanilla Bean Glaze and a batch, eatch, of our (with egg) Apple/Pear muffins and Banana Streusel Mini-chip muffins. The Brownies, Scones and Apple Pear muffins also contain almonds and coconut. The Banana Streusel contains no almonds, or coconut. The Scones are cooling and the glaze is made. Adam and I are dashing to change and head out to open up. Our hours today are 9-6pm. Please note that Sweet Enchantments Bakery is always closed on Mondays and Tuesdays! A quick note about our opening day, and then on to the good stuff! I will post more, with pictures, once my family catches our breath during our off days! We had a FABULOUS opening day! We sold out of product and had, at times, a packed store! We hugged, laughed and visited with many longstanding members of our Sweet Enchantments Bakery family, and welcomed so very many more! It was both an honor and a joy, for Adam, Linn, and me, to spend time with you all. Our shop is.....amazing. There are still tweaks to be made and some trim work to complete, but my most wonderful hubby, son and daughter, with assistance from the lovely Nea, wonderful Ryan, made a space that is a perfect match for our products, our family and our extended bakery family. So many of our fellow shopkeepers celebrated our opening with us, hugs, smiles, hot sauce and more! Thank you! Blessings, health and happiness to each of you!
