Good Thursday Morning: - Today is a great day; Starting it out with some devolution time, and some nice exercises is great. - Stretch and drink plenty of water before, during and after exercising. - Today is a Sprint day. - Do 20 set of sprints at sprint speed. - Today you will run 15 (100 yard) sprints. - Instead of walking from the finish point to the beginning point. I want you to jog backward to the starting point. - Take a 10 minutes break, stretch anoth 5 minutes and finish the last 10 sprints. - These sprints should improve your endurance and help with your heart rate. Hve a blessed day, tomorrow is hill climbing, or bike riding.
