Good afternoon B & Q , just a little more to my story that i started yesterday, my complaint is way to long to do it all in one day , but first i must ask anyone considering buying a kitchen DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN FROM B &Q so i will carry on from yesterday. finally the 15th of February arrives ,and nice and early in the morning the B & Q s delivery van arrives with my lovely new kitchen from B & Q , omg , there is a lot , and it only cost £6500 , because i bought it on a 25% discount day, so my sitting room is almost full with , the kitchen , so the delivery drivers say , there is still an other two full pallets , why dont we just leave them outside instead of squeezing it all in your sitting room ,even though my sitting room was emptied for the kitchen coming , so we said ok , and signed the delivery note as not checked, so the first day , the joiner gets on with fitting the kitchen , hold on there is no cupboard for under the , hob , and no pan drawers ..!! no gloss fronts , oh right i said dont worry about it , i will contact B & Q , 16th february , joiner comes , where are the worktops , oh dear no work tops,we will contact b & Q , joiner goes away as no work tops , we contact b & Q , they cant find our earthstone work tops or our , unit , worktops need to be specially ordered so we need to wait for them ,meanwhile , i spend my time upstairs in bed as my back is really bad and cant walk at the moment, and as parts of kitchen all over sitting room cant use downstairs incase i fall over anything as im quite wobbly on my feet ,remember i also have no cooking facilities , no washing machine , no sink, because ,there is no worktops, so house a complete mess, so we wait for the worktops , finally the worktops come , one of the worktops is damaged , but t this point i just want my kitchen fitted ,so the joiner said he can glue it and use the kit that was part of the order to fix it, so that you wont really notice , but as we go on we relise that there is no fixing kit , missing doors , missing trim , missing tiles , missing door runners .missing.........sorry but thats all for today ....to be continued ...oh and B & Q have still not contacted me , it was suggested yesterday that i emailed the email address that they keep giving out , but as my partner was out at work they couldnt discuss it with me, even though i have been dealing with it from order to delivery ...but because it was in his name ... i cant deal with it , even though he has told them i have his permission to deal with it.... . this company are a joke...!!!!!
