Good afternoon EDLers and friends!! Once again we have Dave who writes the hateful EDL News, coming on our page here inciting trouble. We havent banned him (yet) as we deserve a right to reply. Lets make this clear. EDL is not BNP. BNP is a political party, we are a street movement. We are not a racist movement, Islam is not a race. We often post stories from newspapers in good faith. Dave has pointed out to us that the story of Angola banning Islam in the Daily Mail is false by posting a link from another news source. How does he know the first one is fake and the second one is gospel truth? The answer is he doesnt and neither do we. He has called us gullible for believing what we read in the press. Dave then goes on to post links to Express & Echo stories on his little blog, that we know have nothing to do with us, but he insists they do. The E&E have made several errors, including giving out the wrong route for our march and demonstrating extreme bias against us. The Express & Echo have in the past extended An invitation to learn differences from UAF/Exeter Together/Occupy supporter Mr Bowman, which when we accepted, he never bothered to follow through with. They have the contact details for our division leader, but never bothered to ask for or to print anything from our point of view. This is not a fair policy when Exeter together were telling everyone we are all equal... is it? The press keep calling us far right extremists, if this was the case, then it would be fair to say Dave, the UAF, His blog and Exeter Together are far left extremists. LN
