Good afternoon Friends! Looks like a little rain may head this way, but it should be gone before game time at 7:00pm. Come out and cheer for our champion NSA junior high team as they play Sharkey Academy tonight! Prior to the junior high game, our future champs, the Pee Wee Rebels will play at 6:00pm. Concessions will be available at the game! Other information you may need to know.... The Cheerleaders are sponsoring wear pink for Breast Cancer Awareness each Wednesday in the month of October. Spirit Shirts will be ordered Friday. If you have placed your order with Penny Andrews, you will need to pay Penny or drop your funds in the office by Thursday night. The cost is $45.00 per shirt. Lady Rebels Jr. High and Varsity basketball teams are playing in a jamboree at Delta Academy on October 14th. Short Sleeve shirts are $15 and long sleeve shirts are $20. Students must come by the office to pay and select a size - by FRIDAY!!! There will be a Hunter’s Safety Course offered on October 18, at the Drew Fire Department. It will begin at 7:30 a.m. and end once all material is covered. It is free to attend but you will need to bring money for lunch or a sack lunch. You must be at least 10 years old to attend. For more information contact Mr. Jimbo or Ms. Anna Melton. NSA Booster Club is sponsoring a fish fry Tuesday, October 21, at 6:00. Plates are $8.00. You may buy tickets in the office. See FB event. We are in the midst of our Great American gift/magazine fundraiser. All order forms with money need to be turned in Monday, October 6. (If you would like to participate and did not receive a packet they are available in the office.) 40% of your sales will go toward your fundraiser assessment. Lets support our school with this effort. There are hundreds of great items (jewelry, food, magazines, wrapping paper, Christmas gifts, etc.) in the magazine!!! Lets go REBELS!!!
