Good afternoon! Reposting this clarification for mass communication students: (1) In our program, the temporary form 5 is not with the adviser. The student picks it up from the cluster secretary. (2) Also in our program, the students need to write their grades on their and on the programs copy of their prospectus before they go to their adviser for confirmation of subjects and assessment. (3) They are encouraged to have a complete course list rather than add subjects during confirmation and assessment time. (4) They have to make sure they were already allotted STFAP brackets by the Office of Student Affairs and have no liabilities whatsoever or else they will be sent to OSA to get a bracket or settle liabilities since advisers cannot proceed to the assessment page online if they have a liability or no bracket assignment. -Sir Jason A.
