Good afternoon parents! I have MANY pictures to share from today. We had a wonderful day of learning. We started with opening our box of linking cubes we received through donations from donorschoose.org. The kids LOVE the linking cubes. We made as many creations of 7 (todays number) that we could think of, then we took a gallery walk to check out everyone elses creation. We also started our first day of Writers Workshop (designed by professional educator named Matt Glover). The only task was for each kid to create a list book. We had books about things we do with our family, animals in the zoo, deep sea animals, and even a list book of where kids play! The kids had so much fun sharing their stories at the end of the day!
