Good and bad to report. AA Flight cancelled.... left me scrambling for a way to get to Florida by 6:00 p.m. Was told to get rebooked on another AA flight. Attendant was REALLY rude and said, sorry, dont have time. I called the AA frequent flier desk and explained my dilemma. This SUPER SWEET lady told me, she had a creative way to get me there, but it would involve me running through two terminals in DFW in less than 11 minutes. She told me she would monitor me from the sky and if all looked good would have my new ticket waiting for me after my sprint. Sure enough... 1.5 miles and 11 minutes later, as I ran up to the gate hoping the flight had not left, I was greeted with you must be Mr. Lang...we were expecting you. Sarah called us to tell us you would be running by... Thanks Sarah... you restored my faith and gave me a good cardio workout!
