Good blog day 18 Breakfast : the breakfast bowl Morning tea: 30gram lean protein shake and an apple Training: S&C Lunch: 30gram lean protein a beetroot apple and walnut salad and an almondmilk coffee Afternoon tea: 2 of the protein and fruit balls: Grab fresh dates, cashews, almonds, wallnuts, dried apricots, coconut oil, lean chocolate protein powder and a pinch of Himalayan rock salt chuck in a food processor roll into balls and roll in shredded coconut :) Dinner: Awesome wrap Tea break at work 7 fresh dates Have a great night time to train!!!!
