Good commentary from our visiting friend and brother in Christ Pastor Lee Robison~ Good morning from Creekside Campground here in the Shenandoah Valley. I love comping except when it rains and boy did it rain last night, but I slept well and am sitting outside on a damp lawn chair, listening to the creek and thinking about the V church. Remember how I have said that V church is not real church. Well last night I went to a real Bible study with real people. We talked about Jesus as a shepherd and then went off chasing rabbits talking about other stuff. As I reflect on last night I think the most important part of the night was the differing viewpoints and the different places from where we have come. We have different church backgrounds, and we have lived and experienced different things and yet we were all in one accord reading Gods word. Like the line from the hymn Blessed Assurance, This is my story, this is my song. Your story is unique and yet God brings us together as His church. Like a human jigsaw puzzle he takes us in our uniqueness and puts us together. Thank you Fresh Water Fellowship for a lovely evening with the other pieces of the puzzle. I was truly blessed.
