Good day...I am wondering if there is a need for a group or forum to discuss the issue of vagrants in the area. It seems clear from most groups that they are not wanted and that is understandable but moving them around and harassing them is also not the solution...if we can have an non emotional open minded discussion we may find a solution that could ensure not only a quick fix but can also assist these individuals to find the mental and rehab interventions needed. I am also of the opinion that some of them are being used within the wide drug network in the area and creative colabaration may thus lead to clamping down on dealing and selling activities. Just asking...multi disiplinary tarketing have worked well in other areas...should we not look at this as a possible way forward.
