Good day everyone, you are welcome to join Tzu Chi recycle day on this coming Sunday 6/7/2014 from 830am till 11am. Save our earth and help others. This meaningful event is located @ public park car park area that nearby playground area. Looking forward to see you there. Material can be recycled: Plastic bottles, metal cans & tin, aluminum cans, paper carton, paper, newspaper, only clothes, electrical appliances and metallic items. Item that we do not recycle: All types of glasses, furniture, plastic beg, poly foam, undergarments, blanket, bed sheet, shoe, and socks Sharing: Recycling 50kg of paper = Saving one 20-year-old tree Recycling 10kg of metal can = Saving 5.7 litres of crude oil Recycling 1 aluminium can = Saving electricity for 3 hours of TV time. If we do not recycle them, it take long time to disintegrated naturally: Newspaper — 1 to 3 years Aluminium cans — 500 years Plastic — Forever
