Good early morning from Ooltewah ! I now know why I never get up this early unless I have to . It is so quiet , and there is no movement anywhere within my vicinity . In other words , there is nothing to distract my ADD mindset , or maybe it is just good coffee . On a positive note for Monday , I almost fell off the quit smoking wagon a few days ago , but I refused to let everyone that has supported me , and encouraged me down . So today will be day three , no smokes . It really is not that bad , especially when I consider the positive effects (lung repair,better runs,no smelly clothes,etc) . Becoming irritable comes but leaves quickly , I catch myself being irritable and immediately stop . Mentally , it only has power over me if I give it power . I refuse to become another statistic this morning !
