Resolution 5K to kick cancer this morning with some new friends and old. Broke my PB chip time for a 5K AND over-heated in the 19 degree weather. Basically: Im pretty proud of how it went. If you had told me last year that this was where Id be this year, Id never have believed you. As an aside; this is the first of 12 races Ive resolved to run this year (one a month) as a fitness journey for myself. Im pretty pumped about it! Next up is the Super Sunday 5 Miler!
