Good early morning here a quick update .An inverted trough in PA that dumped as much as 10 inches in and around CPA robbed the moisture of system for our fellow EPA/NJ folks. No models caught this development. To show you all forecasters are having hard time with these horrible models . For rest of the night look for possible light snow with a coating to inch and tomorrow look for possible light snow with a coating . Late morning to early afternoon look for clearing .........Kevin
