Good evening First folks! Been a great day to be alive and serving our God! I need to update you on a few things and I need you to do a couple things. First, we our folks to bring desserts on Sunday for our friends and family day! Everything else is being provided except desserts, and since we will be having guests plan for extra. Second, I need everyone to bring their lawn chairs and if any if you have a pop up canopy wed like to borrow it for the day if its possible. Third, I need as many of our men and boys to be at church by 8:30 am Sunday to help carry out our tables and chairs and help lee get them set up. Fourth, I need some folks that are willing to be a set up crew during Sunday school. Getting our plates drinks, plastic ware etc out and set up in our serving area. Then we will need some folks to come to the kitchen immediately at the end of the service to get our food set up for the meal. Whew this is a lot! But with guests in the house it will be worth it. Finally, I need your help with the guests you have invited. Our new visitor packets will be available in the foyer. If your guests are 1st time guests wed like to have you put one in their hands. In that packet is a guest card. Please explain to your guest if they will fill that card out and bring it to the table in the foyer we have a gift for them. These packets are beautiful professionally printed, so we really want to get them in your guests hands. We will be sharing all this tomorrow night during the meal and in studies. We will also be sending out text and emails with this information. Just in case, please pass this on to our folks as you see or talk with them! This is going to be an awesome time fir us as a Body, pray that it glorifies or God and magnifies His Son!
