Good evening Runners! I will not be at the run tomorrow and want to go ahead and post the workouts for the week for everyone. I know that the next couple of weeks are very busy for me and since I am not able to run with you all, Im going to be putting a lot of the accountability on you guys individually. We have a much smaller group this year and I hate not being able to join you, but sometimes our injuries must dictate our lives for a little while :) I need to work on myself so I can get back in the game for EFMB in November! Here are the workouts: Monday (Hills): 1 mi W/U and 1 mi C/D to the base of the Dixie Road hill. Hill repeats to the brown sign: Half Marathoners do 10, Marathoners do 13 hill repeats! WHEW!!! Wednesday (Doughboy Sprint Intervals): 4 lap w/u and 4 lap c/d. Half Marathoners: 8 400s (sprint rotate with jog) and 8 200s (sprint rotate with jog) Marathoners: 10 400s (sprint rotate with jog) and 12 200s (sprint rotate with jog) Friday: 7 and 6 mi tempo run for each group Saturday: 16 and 12 mi for each group I will not be there this weekend for the Saturday run either so if there are enough of you that want the turn around marked, let me know and I will do it before then :) Have a great week everyone!
