Good evening coaches, Churchland High School in Portsmouth, VA is hosting the 4th edtion of the Jack Mounie Craney Island Invitational. We still have 3 spots left to any team that needs and event to fill their schedule or need an event for their B-team. Our tournament is December 13th and 14th. As always we are all about making sure the coaches and wrestlers have a great experience. This event will consist of 16 teams as usual. Top 3 teams will receive trophies; top 6 individuals will receive medals. We will also give a fastest pin award and a lower/upper weight most outstanding wrestler. Churchland High School has one of the bigger gymnasiums in the region so we will be able to run 4 mats and still have comfortable seating as well as court lights(provided by ESPN) for spotlight finals. We have a great concession stand and an outstanding hospitality room catered by Rodman’s barbecue.
