Good evening everybody! Boy did they clean up the roads fast. All of the roads were super. I went out this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to see the roads clear. They were well prepared for this storm. I think we got around 5-6 inches here in New Ringgold. The kids had an awesome time having a snow ball fight. The day was kind of quiet. I ran some errands and even managed to get a hot chocolate. Yes I am addicted to that as well as running ha ha. So it looks like most of you enjoy running to music. I saw some of you say it inspires you to keep going, go faster, run more. I even saw one post that said they run to audio books.That is a really cool idea. There were a few of you that said you never run to music and I am in that category. I have been running for almost 13 years and racing for almost six and I have never ever listened to music while I run. Not sure why. I just enjoy either hearing the sounds around me or zoning out and not hearing anything at all. My Emily is the exact opposite and needs her music to run. Everyone is different which is a very cool thing. Have you all checked out INKnBURNS new website? They are doing things different this year. They want to be able to constantly add new designs so there is not going to be as much product and once it is gone, it is gone. They have a few pieces out for winter and the new spring line is coming soon. I just love the new robot long sleeve tech shirt. I may need to get that. Definitely check out their site when you have time and I will keep you posted on the spring line. inknburn Ok, so now I really want to go on a Disney Cruise. On their private island, Castaway Cay, they offer a free 5k for guests on the cruise. The course is a nice flat trip around the island and you even get a finishers medal when you are done. How cool is that! Disney really is top notch! Today I did the Slim in 6 burn it up workout, my core work and slim in 6 exercises. I have a little running around to do this evening, then I will be in for the night. I am looking forward to my morning run with Cathy! I cant wait! Have an awesome evening!
