Good evening everyone on this dark damp & wet November evening although it wasn’t like this at the start of the day .Hopefully you all have had a good & enjoyable Sunday either spending time in company or just spending time with yourself Tonight’s poem is called WHAT IS LOVE? So what is love the thing that just goes boom You know when you get that feeling when that someone enters the room Your just get that little spark that turns into a flame A spark of electricity when you just hear that certain name Logic goes out the window & you struggle just to speak Your arms can’t move your legs can’t walk you have no strength you feel so weak You just don’t feel like eating this is no magic trick When you meet that special someone something just goes click You start buying little presents & leaving notes with loving words Buying bouquets of fragrant flowers & just acting quite absurd Always making phone calls & texting on your phone Always round each other’s house & never home alone You have that special tune & that thing that makes you laugh Walking round just holding hands & just not feeling daft Your face is stuck just grinning like walking in a daze And all this has just happened after only just five days Now this is just the easy bit the thing you have to do Is to keep the feeling going after a month or two However if you find the special one you just know straight away It comes easy & it’s so simple & you show your feelings everyday
