Good evening fellow Mirians, I will be the representative for QMD 5094 on Facebook regarding the accident posted by Miss Nurul Junaidi. First, I will give a few details regarding this accident happened last night, 28th December 2014. To ease fellow Mirians in reading this post. I personally translated this long paragraph. Last night (around 9.00p.m. - 28th Dec 2014) was raining quite heavily (proven by all on-scene commenters on Miss Nurul Junaidis post) Coordination: The white Kancil was parking at the most right lane (U-turn to Parkson), approximately 5-cars-length from the traffic light. Condition of white Kancil when the accident happen: There is no driver in sight, there is no double signal from the white Kancil, there is no Red Triangle Stand behind the car, there is no broken branches or any object to give upcoming vehicle an indication of the scene in front, and most important of all, the white Kancil has no vehicle light visible from any angle. What happened after the collision? After QMD 5094 collide with the white Kancil, the white Kancil slowly, and steadily, slided across the driveway into the grass at the left side. Personal estimation, please correct me if Im wrong: The white Kancil will ONLY slide from most right lane towards most left lane into the grass STEADILY is because: Theres no driver in car to navigate or maneuver the car. The car is in free-gear mode or neutral mode. Hand brake is not applied onto the car. Summary for the reasons of collision, the weather, raining, low visibility, lack of indicator from white Kancil, no car lights, no double signal, no Red Triangle Stand nor broken branches in sight. After the collision, QMD 5094 driver went straight towards the police traffic, (new building opposite Hill Top Garden) to lodge a traffic police report. He did not run. Word from the Traffic Police department, if the white Kancil did not lodge a report within 24 hours time, a fine (saman) will be applied when the person lodge a report afterwards, and if the white Kancil is being removed from the scene, it means no solid evidences are left. Hereby, I represent QMD 5094, Miss Nurul Junaidi, we have lodged a traffic police report straight after the scene. If you have time to create a commotion inside Miri Community, my advice, please, do the same as us, lodge a report at traffic police. I trust Mirians are people who settle things by clean law =) I have a counter post for the commotion you started in Miri Community. Rather than lodging a police report, you posted in Miri Community. My people had inboxed you twice at 10.50 a.m and 5.32 p.m. , requesting your plate number so we can further cooperate in solving this case (refer to the image i post) but you did not reply us. But your last comment on your post was around 2 p.m. this afternoon. A lot of Mirians have given advice to you, asking you to lodge a report, but until this second, we have not receive any news from the Traffic Police department. With all the reasons above, we have the right to assume that you are guilty for some reasons, maybe expired road tax, driving with broken vehicle light and others or youre trying to settle the case avoiding the law. Mirians are good people, we all trust in that. If my side is proven wrong by traffic police, we will definitely pay for your loss. All we ask for is your cooperation.
