Good evening once again, Tonight, we start to a series of 30 songs leading up to Australia Day on January 26. The first group that I will be playing is Zoot. Zoot was first of the supergroups that were apart of the Australian music scene in the 1960s and early 1970s and featured some significant names in the Australian music scene. Zoot started in Adelaide and relocated to Melbourne Daryl Cotton, Rick Springfield who later went to the US, and Beeb Birtles who was also one of the founding members of the Little River Band.
