Good game yesterday and a good win for the Seacocks. I dont buy in - TopicsExpress

Good game yesterday and a good win for the Seacocks. I dont buy in to the whole blaming the coaches excuse or the overtime rules. Denver is still weak at MLB (Trevathan should fill void once healthy) and RB (dont crucify me but ill take R.R. after he serves his suspension). Seattle was in a must win situation after dropping last weeks game to San Diego (AZ starting so hot also made it a must win) and they have the strongest home field advantage in the country. I hate Seattle but have followed Russell Wilson since he played at NC State and then at WI. The kid is a winner, and at home where he can control variables --he is nearly unbeatable. Denver had also just come off a tough divisional game and although that sounds like an excuse...statistically NFL teams struggle after these games . Seattle is very very good but not the same team they were last year and they are not as dominant as they were last year but then again neither is Denver. Caldwell is not Erik Decker but we have a rookie who may develop by the end of the year. I picked Denver to lose that game yesterday because of our weakness at LB but I have no problem with where Denver is right now. San Diego is the team Denver must focus on.
