Good grief. Just went into The Chrysalis for the first time. Said hello and that I was new. One of the tanks asks me if I watched a vid, and when I said no, they and a healer immediately quit. While we waited for their replacements, the other healer explained the fight. We wiped one time in the void phase due to a little bit of misunderstanding, but then we beat it on the next attempt. People need to be a little more patient and not expect everyone to be scanning YouTube vids for literally everything in the game. Theyre not necessary nearly all of the time.
