Good morning... A problem from my inbox... My name is Nancy. I apply to a certain agency here in Manila. They ask me to do medical check up and pay 2500peso. its alrdy 3 months and my medical is alrdy expired. Now i wanted to withdraw my application to apply in other agency, and they are asking me to pay 5000peso. I dont understand why i need to pay them for I dont have any employer yet and they dont do any processing papers for me. Any advice... Am i going to pay or not? The agency is holding my passport.
