Description § User interface for a loot-based action RPG. § Loot Crafting and Equipping § HUD § Menus § Reports directly to the Director of Engineering. § ActionScript 2.0 for a 6 month project. ActionScript 3.0 thereafter. § Leverage Scaleform GFX / CryEngine integration. Responsibilities § Iterative development working directly with the game Design team. § Maintain software including but not limited to defect resolution and collective code. § Create software that is independently testable by the QA team. § Document and mark code according to team standards for documentation and code coverage. § Analyze user requirements § Leverage the mandated process methodology for planning. § Leverage the mandated process methodology for reporting progress. § Identify and communicate with internal customers relative to task. § Identify tools for process efficiency. § Be accessible during core business hours. § Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications. § Work within a cross-functional team with a shared goal focus. Required Skills § Excellent communication skills and should enjoy working as part of a team. § Ability to initiate development and testing with minimal design documentation and work iteratively to hone design throughout the software development life cycle. § 2+ years of ActionScript development experience. § Shipped product using ActionScript.
