Good morning ~ I have recuperated from my rocky morning yesterday but have certainly not heard the last comment on my appearance in a toga. Personally, I think that the negative comments are fueled by jealousy, but not all my family agrees. Someone asked yesterday if I would be wearing the toga from now on ~ fortunately for your appetites, the answer is no. Our soup today is New England clam chowder. The lunch specials are an egg salad sandwich, ham roulade with mushroom sauce and broiled white fish with a Moselle sauce. The desserts are almond pudding and yellow cake. We are busy planning our annual festival of lamb. Jason is making batches of several different lamb sausages for us to try. We havent picked our favorite yet but well let you know which we chose when the menu is ready. Lamb chops, rack of lamb, roast lamb, lamb shank ~ this is one of my favorite flyers of the year.
