Good morning Las Piñas City Post Office. Here are the photos of CitiBank snail mail which has a tear on the lower right corner of the envelope. The method of a theft to peek inside the envelope. This is the second mail with a tear. Last month it was more that a tear. The envelope was wet. One attached paper had indication that it wast taken out, then had been put back again. That one attachment is crumpled and wet. This never happened with the previous mailman who had delivered our mail for 30 plus years. But he had been promoted thus we have this new mailman.
