Good morning. Rise and shine! :) These are the factors which will cause you to gain weight without you realising it: 1. Midnight supper is a no no. Because you are going to bed in an hour or two, the food you consume will not be digested on time & will become excessive fats. 2. Staying up late. Our body stresses when it doesnt have enough rest. Give your body and mind some sleep to recharge and renew its cells. 3. Stress, leads you to crave for sweets. Sweets are mmm mm! But its a no no as they contain tons of sugar. Replace them with something healthy like fruits instead! 4. Not exercising. Take up some sports. Find a partner in sports who motivates you. Do you that walking distances count as sports?
