Good morning :) ~ So, on what looks like National Bring a Friend (to your local 501c3 day, Im thinking about how many of these leaders have lost, forgotten important and essential parts of the gospel, so much so, that its become another gospel. ~ Now, I know we all have gaps, and some days we are better with words than others, but what many of us may not realize is how often and how subtly satan is trying to whittle away at all of us and our understanding of the gospel and what we communicate to others :) For example - the message communicated with something like You need to believe in Jesus - in todays culture usually adds up to others who dont know the Bible as something like you need to add Jesus to your life. Of course, what theyre hearing is oftentimes not what were trying to communicate. Saying things and explaining things more like Jesus is the only way to Heaven, and you need to turn from your intentional rebellion to obey and follow Jesus. Thats a message this is more clear. Common believers often dont realize the difference, but 501c3 leaders typically do - and quite a few of the national leaders, as well as 501c3 clergy intentionally are reducing words that communicate the gospel in a way that offends, but leads to true repentance - hirelings prefer to keep people happy rather than telling the truth in love with grace :) ~ food for thoughts with your coffee and breakfast :) (btw, I dont drink coffee - it would wear me out - but I know many do and seem to do just fine with it) ^_^ ~ have a blessed sunday studying and learning more about the Bible and who the real Jesus is :) ~ your growing brother, SH :)
