Good morning! TODAY: Clouds & sun. Humid with an isolated afternoon storm. A storm may be strong to severe with damaging wind gusts and large hail possible, especially along and north of Route 50. Highs: mid to upper 80s to low 90s. TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms. A few storms may be strong to severe with damaging wind gusts and hail possible, especially before midnight and along and north of Route 50. Lows: mid to upper 60s. TOMORROW & BEYOND: Humid with clouds and some sun tomorrow and Friday along with scattered showers and thunderstorms and highs in the 80s. Clouds and sun Saturday with scattered showers and storms, especially early, and highs again in the 80s. A few afternoon storms Sunday and Monday...staying humid with highs in the 80s. HAZARDS: Slight risk for severe weather this afternoon through midnight along and north of Route 33. I think the better chances for severe weather will be along and north of Route 50 this evening through midnight with the best chances well to our north across much of Ohio and PA. A few storms may have damaging wind gusts of 50-60+ mph and medium to large hail (nickel to quarter size or larger) this afternoon through midnight. Overall, the threat for severe weather locally looks low, but the threat is still there. Rain will be locally heavy at times through early Saturday and flash flooding will take over as the primary concern after midnight.
