Good morning, Tybee Island! I want to remind those of you who havent voted yet that Tuesday is the day. I hope youll see me out waving at you Monday and Tuesday, and I hope you will give me serious consideration when you hit the touch screen at the poll. Ive worked hard for you as a Planning Commissioner. Ive worked even harder these last two months since qualifying to run for City Council. And I will work the hardest if you elect me to the City Council. I believe I am highly qualified for the position. I dont want to repeat myself too much, but in addition to serving on the Planning Commission for four years, Ive also been on the Audit Committee and sit on the Board of the Tybee Arts Association. Im a member of Tybee Beautification Association, the Community Garden where I serve as the King of Compost, the Tybee dart league, and Cocos trivia night. Ive been involved in the community since we first moved here and bought our home and have become more involved over time. I can work well with the other members of City Council for the betterment of our island, and I am old enough and experienced enough to bring good judgment and analysis to the table on tough issues.
