Good morning. Woke up and had my morning tea and water (digestive system is on point). Breakfast was great (eggs with a dash of cayenne pepper and steel cut oatmeal). Check out a small piece of a leg/glute workout that my trainer took me through. Now this was the end of a very tough 45 min workout...your girl was tired. But check out the pic of me two days later(yes,took out the Marley twist); with proper nutrition and RESTING those muscles YOU CAN GROW. Oh yea, quads and that booty on fleek LOL...thats what my teenage nephew told me anyway! My husband/trainer knows the science! Hes the best! Win or not, Im going to tear that stage up in April.
