Good morning and happy Tuesday. Yesterday was a great training day. Push press, banded front squats with pause at the bottom then washed it all down with dead lifts. I havent done dead lifts in months and needed to add them back into my training. Last night I went from 115# warm up and climbed up to a 1RM of 300#. I was happy with 300 so I stopped there. Next stop 400# and 2015 is going to be a great year. Today is well needed rest day. As I was told by my coach lifting is neurological which means if I train every day I wont perform well and Ill have pain areas that will lead to injury so I have a client but will not be training.
