Good morning everybody! Last time we do this sucker with only one round... Tomorrow is either a rest day or a catch up day. On Wednesday we do a total of six workout at to rounds each. So enjoy the break now, hehe! I just assume some of you have already altered their workout to kick it up a notch, and if thats the case for you, keep boosting and pushing... Feel the burn baby!
